Teresa is an integrated Licensed Massage Therapist.
Teresa is a 2004 graduate of the Institute for Massage Education, (formally known as Kalamazoo Center for the Healing Arts) and is certified in prenatal massage through Nurturing the Mother Massage program. Her desire turned into passion, improving stretching, strengthening and relaxation with all her clients.
On my time off, you can find me enjoying time with my 4 rescues, 2 senior dogs, and 2 cats. Or spending time with my grandson.
I also train in martial arts, going on 40 years. My Husband and I , recently started medal detecting and spending time having fun with that.

Provides basic muscle relaxation and is excellent for stress reduction, fibromyalgia, arthritis, joint pain, or those who just need a massage with a lighter touch.
Acupressure, Myofascial Release, Reflexology or Craniosacral therapies can be integrated into your session. Ask for details.
Deep Tissue Massage
30 minute - $50.00
60 minute - $90.00
90 minute - $115.00
Deep tissue massage is mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue.
It may also promote faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation.
Prenatal Massage
60 minute - $95.00
90 minute - $120.00
During pregnancy, women suffer from all sorts of ailments, including heartburn, swollen ankles, aching muscles, and fatigue, to mention a few. Massage can benefit all of these in a relaxing, calming environment for mother and baby.
Teresa is certified in nurturing the mother pregnancy massage therapy, however, you must have written doctor's approval with you at your first session.
Couple's Massage
60 minute - $190.00 per couple
90 minute - $240.00 per couple

Caring a back pack , sports, life stresses effect our children daily. Teresa has been working on children since she graduated in 2004.
Children 17 and under need a parents signature,
A parent must stay in the room during the session for children under the age of 13. A parent must remain on the premises for ages 13-17.
